Overview

This release enhances the Unpaid, Paid Tickets screens on POS by displaying the number of guests for each ticket, helping staff quickly identify guest counts and improve service accuracy. Additionally, sales reports on both POS and BLogic View are updated with new financial summary fields, including service charges and credit card summaries, providing more detailed and transparent reporting.

New Features

  • Display Guest Count on Unpaid and Paid Ticket Screens in POS:
    Added guest count information to Recall, Paid Tickets screens:
    • For Dine-In: Table Name / [Number of Guests] Guest(s) - [Note]
    • For other sale types: [Number of Guests] Guest(s) - [Note]

  • Sales Summary Report Enhancements (POS Reports):
    Added new fields to the Summary section of Sales Summary Report, Shift Report, Employees Report, and Daily Sales Report:
    • Total Service Charges
    • Total Service Charges Tax
    • Net Sales + Service Charges
    • Total Tax (Sales + Service Charges)
  • Credit Card Summary Section (POS Reports):
    • New Credit Card Summary section added.
    • Only displayed if transactions include Online Order or QR Code payments.
    • Consolidates totals from both Credit and Credit Card Online sections.

  • Sales Summary Report Enhancements (BLogic View Reports):
    Added new fields to the Summary section of Sales Summary Report, Employees Report, and Shift Report on BLogic View:
    • Total Service Charges
    • Total Service Charges Tax
    • Net Sales + Service Charges
