Overview
This release introduces the ability to automatically send SMS notifications to customers when their ticket is completed on KDS Android, based on license configuration. This feature enhances customer communication and improves pickup readiness.
New Features

- Added license-based configuration to automatically send SMS when a ticket is fully completed on KDS Android.
- SMS message content can be customized via the License Dashboard under Customer Information in the KDS feature section.
- Default SMS template provided: Hi {Customer Name}, your order at {Store Name} is ready for pickup. Your ticket number is {Ticket Number}. Thank you for choosing us!
