Introduction
This guide explains how to add images or videos to the kiosk waiting screen.
Steps
Step 1: Log in to the Kiosk
Log in with your credentials.
Step 2: Open Settings
Select Settings.
Step 3: Log in Again
Log in again with your credentials if the system asks for confirmation.
Step 4: Open Theme Settings
Select Theme.
Step 5: Edit the Waiting Screen
Select Edit Waiting Screen.
Step 6: Change the Media Type
Select Change Media Type.
Step 7: Select Image or Video
Choose the media type you want to use:
Image or Video
Step 8: Upload the Media File
Upload the image or video file you want to show on the kiosk waiting screen.
Step 9: Save Changes
Click Save to save your changes.
Video Compatibility
For video uploads, please make sure the file meets the following requirements:
- Horizontal video
- Maximum file size: 50 MB
- File format: MP4
Note
After saving, review the kiosk waiting screen to confirm the image or video displays correctly.
