| Add ReasonClick on + button located on the bottom of the screenA cursor will populate on the NEW REASON NAME Enter the name you specify followed by a description. You will have an option to select from a drop down to CANCEL ITEM, CANCEL ORDER, COMP ITEM or DISCOUNT ITEM. When finished click on CREATE, that will save the changes to the system. |  |
| Remove Reason Click on the red ‘trash’ icon. This will delete the comp reason. A confirmation screen will require you to click YES confirmation to delete the reason. Once reason has been deleted it it will need to be added manually again. |  |
