1. In POS, go to Paid Tickets:
Enter the ticket number in the Search box and press Search button. -> Select the ticket and click Print & More…
2. Press the Review/Print button -> Check the handheld S/N# used to pay for the ticket and press Exit button.
Open the TSYS TransIT app on that handheld and leave it open.
3. Press the Refund button -> Select the items you want to refund -> Press the Refund button -> Press the Refund button again to confirm.
4. Keep the TSYS TransIT app open on the handheld. The POS will then process the refund.
