Problem: POS system is unable to connect to the server.
Solution:
- Check IIS:
- Open the Start menu and search for IIS.
- Click on Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
- Verify Web Server Status:
- In the IIS Manager window, locate the Server Name in the left pane.
- Expand the Server Name.
- Check the status of the Web Server (Default). If it’s Stopped, right-click on it and select Start.
