POS software is unable to connect to the server

Problem: POS system is unable to connect to the server.

Solution:

1. Check IIS:
   • Open the Start menu and search for IIS.
   • Click on Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
2. Verify Web Server Status:
   • In the IIS Manager window, locate the Server Name in the left pane.
   • Expand the Server Name.
   • Check the status of the Web Server (Default). If it’s Stopped, right-click on it and select Start.
