This guide will show you how to set up tip calculation on POS to ensure server tips don’t include merchant fees.
Steps:
- Open the Dashboard.
- Go to Settings > Configurations > Tips.
- Under Tip calculation to Server, select Base Amount + Custom Fee.
- Click Save to complete the process.
