How to Set Up Happy Hour Pricing?

| 2. Details > Manage Happy Hour Template Under the Products tab you will select the item that will be assigned a HAPPY HOUR price by clicking on Details. The details page will open from here you will select the HAPPY HOUR tab and click on Manage Happy Hour Template. |  |
| 3. Manage Happy Hour TemplatesOn the screen click on NEW button to add a template that will be used on the item or items. You will be asked to give this template a name for this sample we used $5 MARGARITASelect the start and end time by adjusting from and to. Select the days of the week that you will want this pricing. Add the price that the item will be sold for. Under Sales type, you can limit the price by allowing for all types of transactions or selecting a specific transaction type. Click on SAVE to save these changes. Once you have added the template click on the back button on the screen. You can add additional Templates from this screen and make the adjustments needed for each template. |  |
| 4. Add Happy Hour Pricing to the itemClick on ADD HAPPY HOUR button, this will add then add a Happy hour template to the screenSelect the corresponding template for the item. You can assign additional templates to an item if needed. The system will follow the rules for this pricing accordingly. Once you are done adding click on the SAVE button, the system will now follow the template or templates assigned you can proceed and exit the dashboard and open the POS. |  |
| 5. Happy Hour on the POSWhen you are ready to add an item on the order screen you will add the item as you would normally add the item. The system will follow the Happy Hour template. The item that has a Happy Hour template will be reflected in yellow font. No other action will be needed. |  |
