This guide explains how to turn off the automatic printing of a second receipt (often used for customer signature) when processing credit card payments in your POS system.
Steps:
- in POS, go to Settings -> Credit Card -> Receipt Settings
- Uncheck the option “Auto print store receipt (with signature line)“
- Click Save and Exit POS program to complete the process
By following these steps, your POS system will no longer automatically print a second receipt for credit card transactions.
