How to enable the Remove sales tax button in your POS?

This guide will walk you through the steps on how to enable the “Remove Sales Tax” button in your POS program. This button allows you to manually remove sales tax from a transaction if necessary.

Steps:

1. Open Dashboard. Go to Setting -> Payment Methods
2. Check the box Enable “Remove Tax” Button in Payment View
3. Exit and Re-Open POS Program.
4. Launch your POS program and proceed to a new transaction. Press the “PAY” button to finalize the sale. The “Remove Sales Tax” button should now be visible in the payment window.
