Instructions to remove gift card service fee

Removing the custom fee whenever you purchase a gift card

Step 1: Open POS Dashboard, enter in password.

Step 2: Settings -> Configurations

Step 3: Merchant > Tap and unclick “apply custom fee when purchasing“

• This will remove the custom fee when buying gift cards

Step 3: Click “Save” and restart the POS application.
