Why aren’t my apps showing in the POS? For example, my Walk-Ins app is not showing.
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Step 1: Re-start through Get Menu
- Step 2: Exit and re-open POS app
- Step 3: Check App Visibility

1. In POS app, open Settings | |
2. Under the left hand menu, select VISIBLE. Check the checkbox for the application you want to have visible. Alternatively, f you want to hide an application, uncheck the box. |
