Introduction
This guide shows you how the new POS Login and Clock In/Out screens look, and how to upload your store logo from BLogic View so it appears on the POS. The release updates the UI style only; no login or time-clock functionality changes.

1. New Screen Layout Overview
1.1 Login screen


- The screen is divided into two sections:
- Left: Store Logo. If no logo is set, the Store Name is displayed.
- Right: Numpad and sign-in controls (Employee ID / Swipe card / Use fingerprint).
- The design uses a modern dark theme for better contrast and readability.
1.2 Clock In/Out flow


- After entering your ID (or using card/fingerprint), the employee identity is shown on the right section with action buttons such as Clock In, Clock Out, Rest Break, Meal Break, and Print Time Clock Report.



Note: This release only changes the UI. All rules and logic for login and time clock remain the same.
2. Upload and manage your logo in BLogic View
2.1 Open Branding & Customization
- Sign in to BLogic View.
- In the left sidebar, go to Setup → Branding & Customization.
- Select the Your Brand tab.

2.2 Upload and crop your logo
- Click Upload Your Logo if none is set.
- Choose an image from your computer or drag & drop it into the upload area.
- The Crop dialog opens. Adjust the crop to fit the preview frame.
- Click Confirm to apply the crop.
2.3 Preview and save
- Check the Preview POS login screen on the right side of the page to see how the logo will appear.
- If it looks good, click Save at the bottom-right.

3. See your logo on POS
- On the POS device, either:
- Restart the POS app, or
- Tap Get Menu from the POS to refresh configuration.
Your logo will now appear on the left section of the Login and Clock In/Out screens.

4. Troubleshooting
- Logo not showing on POS
- Ensure you clicked Save in BLogic View.
- Refresh the POS via Get Menu or restart the app.
- Check network connectivity between POS and server.
- Crop looks off
- Reopen Branding & Customization → Your Brand, click Edit Logo, and crop again.
- Wrong store name showing
- If no logo is set, the Store Name is displayed. Upload a logo to override.
5. FAQ
Q1. Did anything change in how employees sign in or clock in/out?
No. Only the UI style changed. All logic, permissions, and device methods remain the same.
Q2. Where does the logo appear?
On the left section of the Login and Clock In/Out screens. If you don’t upload a logo, the store name is shown instead.
Q3. Can I use a rectangular logo?
Yes, but a square crop is applied for the best fit. Use the crop dialog to center key elements.
Q4. How do I remove or replace a logo?
Go to Setup → Branding & Customization → Your Brand, click Remove Logo or Change Logo, then Save.
Q5. The preview looks fine, but the POS still shows the old logo.
Ensure you saved changes in BLogic View, then restart the POS app or use Get Menu to refresh.
