POS
New Features
- Sale Type on Prep Receipts — Prep receipts now print the order’s Sale Type (e.g. Dine In, Pickup, Delivery), so kitchen staff immediately know how each order is fulfilled. 👉 Helpdesk guide
Bug Fixes
- Fixed permission validation for Cancel Ticket and Remove Item when the items or tickets have already been fulfilled in KDS, so permissions are now enforced correctly in that scenario.

New Features
- Print by Sale Type (Kitchen Receipts) — Admins can now route/print Kitchen Receipts based on Sale Type, so different order types can print where they’re needed. 👉 Helpdesk guide
- Web Order (Delivery) sale type — Added Web Order (Delivery) as a supported Sale Type for Kitchen Receipts.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed Prep Receipt printer selection for DoorDash Delivery tickets, which previously could print to the wrong printer.
QOrder v14.4
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where changing or removing a held item could trigger an unintended Prep Receipt print.
Improvements
- Added a message when the adjusted tip amount is the same as the existing tip, so staff aren’t left unsure whether the change applied.
