Set up Your Online Ordering

1. Accessing the Web License

  1. Go to the web license portal and locate the store you need to set up.
  1. Click on the Online Ordering tab.

2. Activating Online Ordering

  1. In the General section, select Activate Online Ordering and toggle it to Enable.
  2. Observe the Payment Gateway Company section:
    • Choose one of the two available gateways: USAePay or Authorize.Net.
    • Enter all the required information for the selected gateway.

Important Note:

💡 All address information for the store should be set up in the General tab. Make sure to fill in the Contact Information section completely.

3. Configuring IIS

Step 1: Edit Site Bindings

  1. Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
  2. From the Windows Start menu, navigate to Administrative Tools and select Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
  1. In IIS Manager, locate Connections on the left sidebar. Expand your server name and then expand Sites.
  2. Right-click on Default Web Site and select Edit Bindings.
  3. In the Site Bindings window, click on the Add button.
  4. In the Add Site Binding window:

    1. Type: Ensure that http is selected in the drop-down menu.
    2. Port: Select the Port option and enter 23558. It is recommended to choose a port number above 20000 to prevent conflicts with existing system ports. For example, ports such as 2355825000, or 30000 can be used effectively.
  6. Click OK to save the changes.

Step 2: Forward Port 23558

  1. Forward port 23558 from your router to enable external access.
  2. Verify the port forwarding configuration:
    • Open a web browser and navigate to https://canyouseeme.org.
    • Change the port number to 23558 and click on Check Port. A successful connection will display the result as Success.
    • Note: If the result indicates failure, please ensure that both your port forwarding settings and the IIS port binding for port 23558 are correctly configured.
    • The IP address displayed on canyouseeme.org is your POS public IP address.

4. Finalizing Online Ordering Setup

  1. In the Dashboard, confirm that Online Ordering is enabled for the categories designated for online ordering.
  2. Review the Store Hours and ensure that all relevant settings are accurate.
  3. Navigate to the Phone App tab and verify that the POS Public IP Address matches the PUBLIC IP Address of the POS Server as shown on canyouseeme.org.
  4. If there is a discrepancy, please update it to reflect the correct POS PUBLIC IP ADDRESS.
