1. Overview of Order Confirmation Messages
When a customer places an order using QR Code Dine-In, the system displays a confirmation message. This message reassures customers that their order has been received and is being prepared.
2. Default vs. Custom Messages
- Default Message:
“Your order is now being prepared. We’ll bring your order to your table as soon as it’s ready.” - Custom Message:
You can define your own confirmation message to reflect your restaurant’s style. For example:
“Your order is now being prepared. We’ll bring your order to your room as soon as it’s ready.”
Note: If no custom message is configured, the system will automatically display the default message.
3. How to Configure a Custom Message

- Open POS Dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings → Configuration -> Tab QR Code Dine-In.
- Look for the Order Confirmation Message field.
- Enter your custom message.
- Save your changes.
4. Phone Number Fallback Rules
The system automatically determines which phone number to display in your confirmation message, following this priority order:
- POS Dashboard → Business Configuration → Basic Information → Phone
- License Dashboard → Store -> General Information → Phone 1, Phone 2
If no phone number is found, the placeholder will remain empty.

5. Verifying Your Setup
To confirm everything works:

- Place a test order through QR Code Dine-In.
- Check the confirmation screen:
- If a custom message is set, it should appear.
- If no custom message is set, the default message will appear.
- Verify the correct phone number is displayed based on the fallback rules.
