Overview
A major cross-product release. POS and QOrder move to a new Auth/Capture payment flow (Sale tokens removed), BLogic View gains a large batch of new reports and real-time monitoring tools, KDS 2.0 improves split-ticket handling, and Sensa Booking adds Ratings & Reviews. Expect payment-behavior questions and several new report/permission options.
POS
New Features
- Cash drawer reason prompt — When staff manually open the cash drawer, they’re now prompted to enter a reason, which is recorded for accountability and loss-prevention. 👉 Helpdesk guide
Improvements
- Implemented a new Auth/Capture payment flow and removed the use of Sale tokens, changing how card transactions are authorized and captured.
- Card payments are now blocked when the PAX terminal is not running BroadPOS TransIT, preventing failed or unsafe transactions.
- Merchant Fee / Dual Pricing Fee amounts are now excluded from the Sales by Category Report so category sales aren’t inflated by fees. 👉 Helpdesk guide
BLogic View

- Sales by Modifier Report — A new report that breaks sales down by individual modifier, useful for tracking add-on performance.

- Customer Signature on Sales Receipts — Sales Receipts now include a customer signature section.

- Per-user Home Report widgets — Each user can show or hide individual widgets on their Home Reports to personalize their dashboard.
Improvements
- Improved app loading performance and overall dashboard/UI responsiveness.
- Added location-scoped permissions to Time Entries, controlling access to the current location and other locations separately.

Improvements
- 4- and 5-star ratings now redirect the customer straight to the store’s Google Review link, helping drive public reviews.
- Updated the settings header text to “Manage settings for {storeName}.” for clarity.
- The Google Place ID is now trimmed before saving/sending to avoid errors from stray spaces.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed unnecessary scrolling in the email title UI.
- Fixed personalization fields (e.g. customer name tokens) not inserting correctly into email titles.
KDS 2.0.2
Improvements
- The parent ticket is now locked when POS reopens a split ticket, preventing conflicting edits.
- The parent ticket timer now follows the oldest child ticket, so timing reflects the longest-waiting order.
- The parent ticket’s sale-type color now follows the root child ticket for consistent color coding.
- Hid the split ticket count, since only active tickets are counted.
- General optimization of the KDS Split Ticket workflow.
